Lisbon in Spring: Weather and Things to Do
Spring is one of the best times to visit Lisbon: warm, sunny days, jacaranda trees turning the streets purple in late spring, outdoor terraces filling up and crowds still manageable. Here’s what to expect from March to May.
Quick answer: expect around 18 to 24°C by day, with some showers in March and April. Highlights include jacarandas in bloom (usually late May into June), Easter, the 25 April Freedom Day celebrations, and perfect weather for walking and day trips to Sintra. Prices are lower than in summer.
